Shipping and returns information
1. Delivery information
We prepare orders within 1-2 business days after receiving payment.
Goods can only be picked up on site:
- Address: Cafe de Pacai, Didžioji St. 7, 1, Vilnius, 01128, Lithuania
- Pick up hours: Weekdays from 10:00 to 20:00, weekends from 11:00 to 20:00.
2. General provisions
These rules for the purchase and sale of goods (hereinafter referred to as the "Rules") are a binding legal document that establishes the rights and obligations of the Buyer and the Seller.
By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that he/she agrees to these Terms and Conditions. The contract is considered concluded from the moment of payment.
3. Protection of personal data
3.1. The Buyer agrees that his/her personal data will be processed for the purpose of fulfilling the order.
3.2. The Seller undertakes not to disclose the Buyer's data to third parties, except in cases provided for by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
4. Buyer's rights and obligations
- The buyer must pay for the goods and collect them on site.
- Provide correct contact information.
- Inform the Seller about changes in data.
5. Seller's rights and obligations
- Provide the ability to use the e-store and pick up goods on site.
- Respect the Buyer's privacy.
- Change the Rules unilaterally.
6. Ordering and paying for goods
- Orders are accepted 24/7 via www.cafedepacai.com.
- The order will only be processed upon receipt of payment.
7. Picking up the goods
Items can only be picked up on site – at Cafe de Pacai. Other delivery methods are not applicable.
8. Product quality, guarantees

9. Marketing and information
The seller may run promotions, which may be changed at any time without separate notice.
10. Return of goods
Return of goods is not possible, except in cases provided for by law due to defective goods.
11. Final provisions
These Rules have been prepared in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. All disputes shall be resolved through negotiations or in the courts of the Republic of Lithuania.
